What are your thoughts on the coffee that you've purchased form HGCC so far? What could we do better?

Hi y'all, my name is Kevin.
To me, there is nothing more gratifying than meeting each new day with "a hot cup of joe". That in itself is a great way to put pep in my step, but there's more than just that. Ever since November of 2008, I'm not just waking up to a fresh cup of coffee. I'm awakened to something deeper and more profound than just some java. I've been blessed with Higher Grounds Coffee. This phenomenal product is crafted with compassion. The hands that produce this product are the same hands that own this company; Trish and Mark Devlin. This coffee lifts me and my home to Higher Grounds each and every morning. That's all you need to hear right? Well, let me get a little personal with you . . . . . .
I'm sure you're saying to yourself "Why does this guy wanna get personal with me?"
I'm glad you asked.
I say that to make a point about how personal your experience with Higher Grounds Coffee can, . . . and will be. Trish and Mark care about their product. They genuinely care about me and my satisfaction with their coffee. They care about all the people who are consumers of their coffee. They get personally involved with every aspect of your coffee wants and requests.
I recently wanted to try something new and different from the flavors that I've already experienced. I ordered a mix of two different coffees that I thoroughly enjoy. My request was to mix Java Mocha and Costa Rican Tarazzu, 50 percent of each type of bean and roasted to perfection. (My idea of perfection is kinda like a steak that is cooked medium) not overcooked and not too raw. I asked that my coffee be roasted "medium" to encapsulate all of the wonderful flavors within the bean. My coffee was prepared in exactly that way! It was even given a name that is printed on the label, "Kevin's Special Blend"; Talk about personal! After I brewed my first pot and took my first sip, I felt like I hit a bulls-eye. This combination is an eye opening magical mixture of flavor and olfactory sensation! This is the important part, . . . . . that's what it is to me. It's my coffee choice and my personal opinion of it. That combo may not persuade your taste buds to dance the way that it does mine. That's OK! There are nine flavors right now to pick and choose from. Make your own combination; or choose something like Ethiopian Yirgacheffe straight up. It's your choice! Discover the flavor and the preparation that best floats your boat, your senses will be happy that you did.
Personally, I am enamoured with the earthy aroma and the amazing taste of Higher Grounds Coffee.
Their goal is to roast the best cup of coffee on the planet; I believe they're succeeding!
Thank you Mark! Thank you Trish!, for raising me up to Higher Grounds!
Sincerely,
Kevin
